kiira

Your books live inside WhatsApp.

No app to install. No login to remember. Save Kiira as a contact, send her whatever your supplier sent you — photo, voice note, PDF, or pasted chat — and it lands in your books as a draft. Reply "nope" for an hour to undo. Never learns a dashboard.

just text. That's it.

Three ways it already happens in your phone.

You're not changing your workflow. You're doing what you'd do anyway — and Kiira is the cc.

Snap

A receipt on the dashboard.

Photograph the Petronas slip from the cup-holder. Forward. Done.

Voice

In the car between jobs.

"Forty ringgit tolls, Seremban to KL, claim from client Ahmad." Transcribed, categorised.

Paste

A wholesaler thread.

Copy the supplier's WhatsApp order. Paste. Line items, quantities, total — all lifted out.

A real thread, speed × one.

This is the actual flow. No edited cuts. The blue-tick delay between your message and Kiira's reply is the AI reading your attachment.

Every format your suppliers already use

If you can send it in WhatsApp, we can book it.

We didn't ask Malaysian micros to change how they communicate with their suppliers. We asked the model to read what's already in the thread.

Phone snapshots

Blurry, angled, creased — kopitiam receipts and warung bills are our training set.

PDFs from suppliers

Tax invoices, proformas, statements. Multi-page handled.

Voice notes

Manglish, BM, 中文. Background noise fine — state the amount and who.

Pasted chat text

Forward a thread, paste the order, paste a Shopee confirmation email — lifts line items out.

Forwarded messages

Any WhatsApp message forwarded to Kiira is processed as if you sent it yourself.

Emailed receipts

Have Grab / Shopee / TNG receipts your vendor's sent to email? Forward to your Kiira inbox on paid plans.

How it actually works

Three steps, one of them is waiting.

No mystery box. You send it, Kiira reads it, and it shows up in your books as something you can undo. That's it.

01 You send

You send a thing.

A photo, a voice note, a PDF, or a block of pasted text. Forward it to Kiira on WhatsApp the way you would to a friend.

02 Kiira reads

Kiira reads — and asks if anything is unclear.

She picks out the vendor, amount, date, and category. If the total is smudged or the voice note is noisy, she replies and asks you. She never guesses a number to look helpful.

03 Draft · 1h undo

It lands as a draft you can undo.

The entry appears marked draft for an hour. Reply "nope" and it disappears. After the hour it's in your books — still editable any time from the app.

The rules Kiira lives by

The boring promises we actually keep.

Bookkeeping only helps if you trust the numbers. So we wrote rules Kiira can't bend, even when asked nicely.

Never invents a number.

If the amount, vendor, or date is unclear, Kiira asks you. She never makes up a total just to look helpful.

Never answers tax or LHDN.

Anything that sounds like tax advice — claim eligibility, SST, Borang B — goes straight to your accountant's queue. Kiira refuses to guess.

Every entry is a draft for an hour.

You get 60 minutes to reply "nope" and make it disappear. After that it's in your books — still editable any time from the app.

Never auto-submits to LHDN.

MyInvois submissions only happen when a person taps "submit" inside the app. The WhatsApp bot cannot file e-invoices on its own. Ever.

Full audit log.

Every decision Kiira made — what you sent, what she booked, how she categorised it — is kept on record. Ask us to show our working on any entry and we can.

Never double-books.

Forward the same receipt twice by mistake. Kiira spots the duplicate and keeps one. Not two.

Four tongues, one thread

Write how you actually text.

Manglish, rojak, campur-campur — it's all fine. Kiira was built for Malaysian code-switching, not textbook BM.

What this looks like if you're…

Three Kiira customers. Three completely different books. One WhatsApp thread each.

F&B micro

The nasi lemak warung owner.

Snaps the supplier bill when stock arrives. Pastes a daily takings summary at 10pm: "jualan hari ni RM 782". Kiira does the rest. She never opens the dashboard.

Solo freelancer

The freelance designer.

Voice-notes expenses between client calls. Forwards Shopee receipts for office chairs. Kiira splits personal vs. business — she tags her own messages with "biz".

Marketplace

The online seller on TikTok Shop.

Pastes the daily payout summary from her TT Shop dashboard each morning. Snaps courier bills. Her accountant sees a clean Shopee/TikTok/Counter split without reconciling anything.

What people ask before they sign up.

Do I need the Kiira app, or just WhatsApp?

+
Just WhatsApp. Save our number as a contact and text us. The web dashboard exists — for reviewing drafts, generating invoices, running reports — but a one-person warung might never open it. Most of our free-tier users don't.

Which number should I text?

+
You'll get a dedicated Malaysian WhatsApp number during onboarding, tied to your business. It's yours — share it with your accountant, your cashier, your partner. Everyone who can see the thread can capture.

What if Kiira books something wrong?

+
Reply "nope" within the 1-hour undo window and it disappears. After that, you can still edit the entry from the web app, or reply with corrections — Kiira learns your vendors over time, but never silently overwrites a number.

Is my chat private?

+
Your messages stay in your team. Attachments are stored encrypted. We only send what's needed to read your receipt — never your whole thread — and we don't train on your conversations. Every read is logged so you can ask us what happened on any given day.

Does Kiira speak BM / Chinese?

+
Yes. Kiira handles Malay, English, Chinese and Manglish interchangeably. Text in one language and get a reply in the same one — or switch mid-thread. We've tested her against rojak text for months.

Does it work for a team?

+
Yes. Multiple numbers can be authorised on the same Kiira team. The bot knows who sent what — your warung assistant can dump shoeboxes, your accountant can ask questions, you can sign off from your own phone.
Last scroll. Then the thread.

Stop typing amounts into spreadsheets.

Start free — you get a Malaysian WhatsApp number, the AI bot, drafts, undo, and ten invoices a month. No card. No nag.
