1. Who we are
Kiira is operated by AYO SOLUTION APS (CVR DK12345678), a company registered in Denmark ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Kiira is a bookkeeping tool for Malaysian micro-businesses. It helps you capture receipts, invoices, and sales data — including via WhatsApp — and keep a basic set of books. It is not a substitute for a licensed accountant or tax agent.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the business you register on behalf of.
4. Your data, your books
You own your data. We store and process it to operate the service. You can export your records at any time. If you close your account, we retain records only for the period required by applicable law.
5. AI-generated entries
Some entries are drafted by an AI model from what you forward into WhatsApp. These entries are clearly marked and require your review. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your books and for any filings submitted to LHDN or other authorities.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Kiira to commit fraud, launder money, evade tax, or do anything illegal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
8. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll give reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
