What's actually free vs paid?

The free tier covers 10 invoices a month, WhatsApp capture, bookkeeping, and the dashboard. You pay when you want unlimited invoices (RM 29), MyInvois compliance (RM 79), or multiple seats (RM 149). No credit card to start. No auto-upgrades.
Where does my data live?

In Malaysia — AWS ap-southeast-5 (Kuala Lumpur region). We're PDPA-compliant and we don't cross-border your books without your written consent. Export everything as CSV or SQL Account format any time, for any reason.
Do I need an accountant to use Kiira?

No. Kiira handles bookkeeping on its own. An accountant becomes useful when you hit tax and compliance questions Kiira won't answer — those get flagged to their Question Queue if you've linked one. If you haven't, the Qs just sit there quietly until you invite someone.
Will MyInvois auto-file without my approval?

Never. Every submission goes through a validation preview — you see exactly what LHDN will see, errors and all, before it leaves your account. Nothing hits LHDN without a human tapping "send".
Can I import from Bukku / SQL / AutoCount?

Yes for customers, suppliers, and chart of accounts — we map them automatically. Historical transactions come in as a CSV for now; a direct importer is on the v2 roadmap. If you're switching from SQL Account specifically, talk to us — we've helped a few early partners through it.
What languages does Kiira speak?

BM, English, Simplified Chinese, and whatever Manglish you throw at it. Voice notes work in all three. The UI toggles in the top-right.
