We got tired of fighting Xero
on behalf of a nasi lemak stall.
The first version of Kiira was a weekend project — a WhatsApp bot that could read a Petronas receipt and file it under Fuel. A friend who runs a kedai runcit used it for a month and refused to give it back.
That's when we realised the problem wasn't missing features. The problem was that every existing tool assumed the user wanted to open a laptop, learn double-entry, and read a chart of accounts. Most Malaysian micros don't. They want to forward a photo and get on with their day.
So we built the whole thing around that. No dashboards to learn. No onboarding deck. If you can send a WhatsApp, you can do your books. MyInvois and the rest of the LHDN machinery sits quietly in the back, ready when you grow into it.

We never invent numbers.
If an amount is unclear, Kiira asks. It doesn't guess, round, or assume. A wrong number in your books is worse than no number.

Tax questions go to a human.
The AI handles bookkeeping. SST, LHDN, and anything that could get you audited lands in your accountant's queue. Every time.

We don't auto-file to LHDN.
Every MyInvois submission needs a human tap. We'll never have a bad week that ends with 400 wrongly-filed invoices.
