Shopee paid out.
Your margin shouldn't be a mystery.

Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop don't hand you a P&L — they hand you a CSV with 800 rows. Kiira unpacks it: gross sales, platform fees, shipping subsidies, ads spend, refunds. Books the week the way a real accountant would.

Net payout is not revenue.

If you book the amount that hits your bank as sales, your P&L is quietly broken three ways. Every marketplace seller we've onboarded had some version of this wound.

01

Fees get hidden inside "sales"

Netting RM 1,410 of commissions into the top line means your revenue looks smaller and your fees invisible. SST on the wrong base, COGS ratio lies, margin story blurs.

02

Ads spend vanishes

Shopee CPAS and TikTok Shop ads are deducted from the payout — not a card. If you never book them, your marketing budget reads as zero while your bank reads half what it should.

03

Payouts cross weeks

A Wednesday payout often covers the prior week's orders minus this week's returns. Book it by payout date and your weekly trends are fiction.

Upload the payout.
Walk away.

Three steps, no spreadsheet. Forward the CSV on WhatsApp, drop it in the inbox, or let Kiira read the Shopee email directly.

01 Send

Forward the payout

Download the CSV from Shopee Seller Centre / Lazada / TikTok Shop. Forward it to Kiira on WhatsApp or drop it in the inbox.

02 Split

Kiira classifies every line

Revenue vs fees vs subsidies vs ads vs refunds — each row lands in the right bucket. Platform quirks (SIP, CPAS, voucher types) are already mapped.

03 Align

Booked by order date

Sales post on the week the order shipped, not the week Shopee paid you. Your P&L matches the calendar — not the platform's payout cycle.

The quirks, handled.

Each platform has its own CSV shape and its own way of naming fees. Kiira knows them all so you don't have to.

Shopee

SIP, CPAS, buyer refunds

Shopee International Platform settlements land in MYR even when the order was SGD — Kiira preserves both currencies for audit. CPAS ads spend books as marketing, not a discount.

SIP·cross-border CPAS ads Bundle deals
Lazada

Commission + payment + shipping fee triple-split

Lazada's payout splits fees across three lines — we merge them into one selling-fees bucket with the original lines kept as audit detail. LazMall vs marketplace sellers handled separately.

TikTok Shop

Affiliate commissions + live-stream spend

Affiliate creator commissions on TikTok Shop are their own expense line, separate from platform fees. Live-stream promotion spend gets tagged so you can see if the stream earned out.

What Kiira won't do.

Marketplace bookkeeping is noisy. These are the lines we hold so your numbers stay trustworthy.

Never invent a missing fee.

If a row in the payout has no fee code, Kiira flags it — it won't guess. Your accountant sees the question, not a fabricated answer.

Never net fees into revenue.

Gross sales stay gross. Fees live in their own expense lines. Your tax agent filing SST or Borang B needs the real numbers, not simplified ones.

Never book on payout date by default.

Orders post on their ship date. You can override per payout — but the default matches what a real auditor would expect.

Never answer the tax question.

"Is Shopee ads spend claimable?" — flagged to your accountant's question queue. Kiira does the books; licensed humans do the advice.

Marketplace questions, short answers.

Do I need to reconcile the payout by hand every week?

+
No. Forward the Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop payout CSV to Kiira on WhatsApp, or drop it in the web inbox. Kiira reads every line, splits it into revenue / fees / subsidies / ads / refunds, and posts it to the week the orders actually shipped. Typical weekly payout clears in under a minute.

What about multi-currency? My Shopee SIP orders are in SGD.

+
Kiira keeps both the original order currency (SGD, IDR, THB, PHP) and the MYR payout amount. Your P&L stays in MYR. Your audit trail keeps the original currency so you can always trace a dispute back to the buyer's order.

Does it handle returns that came after the payout?

+
Yes. Returns hit the payout the week Shopee processes the refund, but Kiira writes them back to the original sale week so your weekly margin doesn't lie. Year-end numbers match either way.

Can Kiira submit these as e-invoices to MyInvois?

+
For B2C marketplace sales, most sellers use consolidated e-invoicing — one monthly submission instead of one per order. That's on the paid Compliance tier. Bookkeeping works regardless.

What if my payout doesn't match what my supplier invoiced me?

+
That's your COGS reconciliation — separate from the payout. Forward supplier invoices to Kiira on WhatsApp the same way. We keep supplier bills and marketplace payouts in separate buckets so your gross margin stays readable.

Forward the CSV.
Go pack orders.

Kiira books the week while you keep selling. If Shopee changes the payout format tomorrow, we update the parser — you don't.
