Are you MyInvois-ready?
Eight questions later, you'll know.

LHDN's e-invoice mandate has rolled down to RM500K businesses in 2026. This 8-question quiz pins down your phase, flags the gaps in your setup, and tells you — plainly — whether you can wait or whether you're already late.

Answer honestly, we don't mark a curve.

Eight questions, multiple choice. The results appear below — no email required.

Question 01 / 08
What's your annual revenue (RM)?

Gross turnover for the most recent completed financial year.

Question 02 / 08
Is your business registered with SSM?

SSM issues the BRN (Business Registration Number) MyInvois requires.

Question 03 / 08
Do you have a Tax Identification Number (TIN)?

LHDN-issued. Every e-invoice is keyed by your TIN and your customer's TIN.

Question 04 / 08
Where do you create invoices today?

Pick the closest match. MyInvois needs structured data — the API won't accept a PDF.

Question 05 / 08
Do you have a clean digital record of your customers' TINs and BRNs?

Integrators say dirty master data causes most MyInvois rejections — not the API.

Question 06 / 08
Are you SST-registered?

SST registration is separate from MyInvois but changes the fields you're liable for.

Question 07 / 08
Roughly how many invoices do you issue per month?

Volume changes whether you need API automation or can submit manually via the portal.

Question 08 / 08
What share of your sales is to walk-in consumers (B2C)?

High-volume counter sales need a consolidated B2C e-invoice, not thousands of individual ones.

How the quiz works.

Three steps, two minutes.

  1. Answer

    Answer 8 multiple-choice questions.

Revenue, SSM status, TIN, invoicing system, customer data, SST, volume, B2C share. Pick the closest match — no perfection required.

  2. Read

Read your phase + your gaps.

We map your revenue to your LHDN phase and list the prerequisites you're missing in plain English. Nothing is "red" for the sake of being red.

  3. Fix

Fix them — with us, or without.

Every gap has a fix. Some are free (register a TIN), some are a tool. Kiira's Compliance plan handles the software side; the admin side is on you.

Short FAQ on the quiz.

Is this an official LHDN tool?

+
No. It's a rough readiness check built by Kiira based on publicly reported LHDN guidance (phases, thresholds, mandatory fields). For binding compliance, check LHDN's official portal or talk to your tax agent.

How accurate are the phase dates?

+
Current as of April 2026 from public IRBM/LHDN guidance. Phase 5 was reported relaxed from Jul 2026 to Dec 2026 — dates have moved before and may again. The Phase 5 guide is kept current.

I'm under RM500K — am I fine forever?

+
For now, yes. But the RM150K micro-business floor has been challenged by the Public Accounts Committee as too low. Expect movement. Build the habits early.

Do you store my answers?

+
Only if you enter an email or WhatsApp into the optional capture at the bottom. The answers themselves stay in your browser until you close the tab.

What's the Compliance plan, exactly?

+
RM 79/mo. You get MyInvois submission, consolidated B2C, TIN/BRN validation, and audit-grade logging — on top of the Starter features (WhatsApp capture, invoicing, DuitNow QR). Pricing page has the full breakdown.

I'm already using SQL Account / AutoCount. Do I still need Kiira?

+
Depends. Most Malaysian ERPs can submit directly to MyInvois — they just make *you* clean up customer TINs, manage consolidated B2C, and handle rejections. Kiira sits next to or instead of them, depending on how much manual work you're doing today.

You invoice from WhatsApp like always. Kiira's Compliance plan submits the e-invoice, validates TINs, and rolls up B2C. RM 79/mo.
