The forward

A Petronas receipt lands on WhatsApp.

The owner holds the phone over the till, snaps the receipt, and forwards it to Kiira's number. No caption, no menus. Total elapsed: under four seconds.

The read

Kiira reads it, picks an account.

The AI extracts amount, date, merchant, and a plausible category (Fuel). If anything is unclear (smudged total, unfamiliar merchant), it replies with a single yes/no question.

The entry

A booked expense, queued for review.

Every AI-created entry is a draft for one hour. The owner doesn't have to approve anything. If the category is wrong, one reply fixes it — and Kiira remembers for next time.

Do I need to install anything to use Kiira?

Not for this flow — the demo is Kiira's WhatsApp lane, which needs nothing installed. You send receipts to our number like you'd send them to your accountant. There's also a Kiira app for snapping and bulk-uploading receipts, plus a web dashboard for the end-of-month review; pick whichever lane suits you.

Is this really a real demo or a polished animation?

Real. The video is a screen recording of an actual WhatsApp thread and an actual Kiira account. Merchant names have been kept as-is. The only thing we don't show is the receipt owner's phone number.
